October Enhancements in TaxPlanIQ

At TaxPlanIQ, we're committed to continually improving our tax planning software to better serve our customers. We're excited to announce new features, bug fixes and continue additions to our suggested tax strategies.

NEW FEATURES:

These are mostly improvements to the user interface to make TaxPlanIQ easier and more intuitive to use.

• Suggested Tax Strategies are now sorted by potential Value from high to low

• The Progress Bar when reviewing strategies is in color and more visible

• "Goal Task Date" relabeled to CREATE TASK DATE, with an info hover over

• Federal and State TAX SAVED have a info hover over to explain the calculation

• Required fields on the Tax Plan and Review forms that should be reviewed are highlighted with a red info button. And a task can be created for later review.

• When a CUSTOM RATE is created, the form auto scrolls down so it is immediately visible.

• On Initial login and reactivations, the most recent Terms & Conditions are required to be agreed to.

OTHER ENHANCEMENTS:

• Download Word report formatting (several more enhancements coming!).

  • Corrected tax Savings not matching in the report
    
    

• The Tax Rate options in the Federal and State pulldowns now include all options (and custom rates).

REMINDER: we have also removed the REPORT PDF download capability in favor of the REPORT WORD download, which can then be easily edited and converted into a PDF file as desired.

• Client Portal enhancements:

  • Weekly TODO reminders are sent weekly

  • Ability to download a file from the Client Portal 

SUGGESTED TAX STRATEGY IMPROVEMENTS:

• Consistency of tax suggestions has improved overall
